Prior to working with the Flames, he coached with the Grundy Senators from 2006 until 2011 from PeeWee’s through Midget 16AA levels.  Paul’s goal as a hockey coach is to improve kids as hockey players and as individuals, using the game to teach hockey skills and life lessons.
